Avocado Smoothie

Avocado’s make smoothies rich and creamy. They are packed with nutrients, add a healthy fat to your diet, are a source of protein and have a relatively low sugar content.

1 cup Fog Green TEA or favorite Green TEA (2 tsp. TEA steeped in 1 1/4 cups of 180° water for 3 min. Strain and cool.)
1 cup unsweetened almond or soy milk
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract or vanilla powder
2 tbsp. honey (if extra sweetness is desired)
1/4 cup frozen mangos or 1/2 frozen banana or other favorite fruit

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more honey if desired. Serves 2.
