Matcha Curry Dip
1/2 cup plain Greek or other yogurt
1 tsp. Matcha TEA powder
1 tsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
Mash avocado with a fork. Add rest of ingredients. Refrigerate dip for 1 hour before using to allow flavours to develop.
Use for dipping vegetables or sweet potato fries. Mix with hard boiled eggs for sandwiches or use as a topping for burgers or sandwiches etc.
