🛒 INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp finely ground Strawberry Black Tea
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch salt
🫖 METHOD (DETAILED)
1. Preheat oven
350°F (175°C)
2. Cream butter + sugar
- Beat for 2–3 minutes
- Until smooth and slightly fluffy
👉 Do not skip this step—it affects texture
3. Add egg
- Mix until fully incorporated
👉 This gives:
- Structure
- Moisture
- Consistency
4. Add tea + dry ingredients
Add:
- Ground tea
- Flour
- Baking powder
- Salt
Mix until:
👉 Just combined
Do NOT overmix
5. Chill dough
- Chill 15–20 minutes
👉 Helps:
- Prevent spreading
- Improve shape

- Scoop dough into balls

6. Bake
- Bake 10–12 minutes
- Edges lightly golden
