Banana Oat Pancakes or Waffles

These super easy to make pancakes or waffles are a great addition to a healthy breakfast or all on their own.  Just throw all the ingredients into a blender and go from there.  You just have to make the tea a little ahead of time to allow it to cool before using.

1/2 cup Maple Black Tea ( Steep 3 teaspoons of our Maple Black Tea in 3/4 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain and let cool before using)
1/2 cup Almond Milk or other milk of your choice
2 eggs
1 large ripe banana
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon or our Rooibos Chai Latte mix
2 cups rolled oats
1/4 tsp. salt

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little butter to fry pan before pouring in batter. Cook until done. These can also be made into waffles. Top with your choice of fruit and drizzle with Maple Syrup if desired.
