Infusing Vinegar With Tea

One can infuse vinegar with tea to make delicious salad dressings. Warm up 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar just until boiling. Remove from heat and stir in 2 Tbsp. of tea of your choice. Steep until cool. Strain out the tea and whisk in the remaining ingredients in your salad dressing recipe. Good quality plain teas like Fog Mountain Green or an Oolong Tea will add great flavour.
