Matcha Poppy Seed Salad Dressing Recipe

Matcha Poppy Seed Dressing: 3 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. olive oil or avocado oil 1 1/2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. Matcha TEA powder 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar 1 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. poppy seeds Combine all the ingredients and mix until smooth. Add more water for a thinner consistency. Makes approximately 1 cup. Keep refrigerated.
