This month, we’re blending two worlds — the bold spice of Chai Americane Black and the smooth, earthy calm of Japanese Matcha Sublime. The result? A creamy, lightly sweetened latte that’s equal parts cozy and energizing — made with simple, pure ingredients and milk.
3 tsp Distinctly Tea Chai Americane Black (4901)
½ cup boiling water
1 cup milk (or preferred milk alternative)
1/2 tsp Distinctly Tea Japanese Matcha Sublime (3103)
2 tsp Honey Crystals Sweetener (J100)
(or your choice of sweetener)

Instructions

Brew the Chai:
Using your Distinctly TEA Bottom Pour Steeper (16 oz), steep Chai Américaine Black Tea in ½ cup boiling water for 5 minutes.
Strain and set aside — it should be strong and aromatic. -
Heat the Milk:
Warm milk gently in a small saucepan (avoid boiling to preserve nutrients). -
Whisk the Matcha:
Add ½ tsp Matcha Sublime to the hot milk. Whisk or froth until fully blended and slightly foamy. -
Sweeten & Combine:
Stir in Honey Crystals Sweetener ( J100 ) to taste.
Pour in the strong Chai tea and whisk again for a rich, creamy blend. -
Serve Immediately:
Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy the layered warmth of Chai and Matcha.
Optional Garnish
Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a light dusting of matcha powder for a café-style finish.
