Cold Chaser Nuggets

Help boost your immune system with these healthy cold chaser no bake nuggets.  You could add a little Matcha to these to give them a energy boost.

1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1 cup natural peanut butter or nut butter of your choice
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup liquid honey
1 tbsp. Eleuthero Root Powder
1 tbsp. Astragalus Powder
1 tbsp. Cinnamon Powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 tbsp. Chia Seeds
2 tbsp. Flax seed whole
2 tbsp. Hemp heart seeds
Shredded coconut or mixture of coconut with cacao nibs to roll nuggets in

Combine all the ingredients in a medium size bowl and stir well to blend. Pinch off pieces of the dough and form into 1” balls. Roll each ball into desired topping.
For the best flavour allow the balls to set for 24 hours in the refrigerator before eating.
Store in a tightly sealed container and eat within 2-3 weeks or freeze and remove as needed.
