The Cranberry Noël Sparkler is a bright, merry holiday cocktail made with our vibrant Cranberry Fruit Tea. With its bold cranberry flavour, mellow apple notes, and refreshing sparkle, it’s the perfect sip for celebrations, cozy gatherings, or a quiet moment by the tree.

✨ Ingredients (1 serving)

Tea Base 

• 4 tsp 8335 Cranberry Fruit Tea

• 6 oz hot water

• 1 tsp honey (optional)
  Steep 8–10 minutes, strain, cool + chill.

Cocktail

• 1.5 oz vodka OR 1.5 oz white rum

• 3 oz chilled Cranberry Tea concentrate

• 0.5 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau/Triple Sec – optional)

• Top with prosecco or ginger ale (sweeter, festive lift)

Mocktail

• 3–4 oz Cranberry Tea concentrate

• Top with sparkling water or ginger ale

• Optional squeeze of orange

🍸 Build the Cocktail

1. Add ice to shaker.

2. Pour in:

   • 3 oz chilled Cranberry Tea

   • 1.5 oz vodka or white rum

   • Optional 0.5 oz orange liqueur

3. Shake and strain into a glass over fresh ice.

4. Top with prosecco (dry, bubbly) or ginger ale (sweet and festive).
