A real simple ice tea with the goodness of hibiscus and peppermint. You can adjust the sweetness to your liking by the amount of stevia leaf added.

Why we say its great:
One of the most refreshing beverages on a hot summer’s day. Make it up in concentrate, store in the fridge and dilute as needed in your glass with ice.
2 heaping tbsp. broken hibiscus flowers
1 tsp. Peppermint TEA
1 1/2 tsp. Stevia leaves
2 cups boiling water
Pour boiling water over TEA mixture and steep for 15-20 min. Strain into an 6 cup pitcher. Add several cups of ice and fill rest of the way with cold water. Serve chilled.
