We all know that we are to drink 8 cups of water a day but did you know that tea counts too. Tea is 99% water so don’t underestimate the hydration it is providing. Always having a pitcher of ice tea, fruit-infused water or a tea concentrate ready in the fridge is the best way to quench your thirst. When we are thirsty we want it now so prepare ahead of time to satisfy our needs.
