Kick your next salad up with a dollop of Light and Creamy¬†#GreenTea¬†Salad ūü•ó Dressing. Here we used our culinary matcha, fresh basil, parsley, green onions, avocado and a dash of apple cider vinegar and lemon for that creamy green goodness! Perfect for a leafy salad or veggie dip!

Ingredients
* 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
* 1/2 avocado
* 1/4 cup oat or almond milk
* 1/2 cup fresh basil
* 1/2 cup fresh parsley
* 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1  tsp culinary matcha
* 2 tbsp lemon juice
* 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
* 1 tsp salt
* pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend together until smooth and creamy. Serve over salad or use as a veggie dip. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to one week.
