* 3/4Ā cupĀ vanillaĀ yogurt
* 1/2Ā avocado
* 1/4Ā cupĀ oat or almond milk
* 1/2Ā cupĀ fresh basil
* 1/2Ā cupĀ fresh parsley
* 1/2Ā cupĀ green onions,Ā chopped
* 1Ā cloveĀ garlic,Ā minced
* 1 Ā tspĀ culinary matcha
* 2Ā tbspĀ lemon juice
* 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
* 1 tsp salt
* pepper to taste

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend together until smooth and creamy. Serve over salad or use as a veggie dip. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to one week.
