Maple Salmon

This quality maple tea adds nice flavour to your salmon.  Marinating it longer will produce more flavour.

1/2 cup boiling water
2 tsp. Maple Black Flavoured TEA
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 pound of salmon – approx. 4 fillets

Steep TEA in boiling water for 5 min. Remove TEA and let cool. Add remaining ingredients and pour over salmon in a shallow dish. Cover & refrigerate for
1 – 4 hours turning once.

Cook in oven at 400° for 20 min. or until it flakes easy with a fork.

To BBQ wrap salmon in foil, skin side down and cook for 20 min. or until it flakes easy with a fork.
