Simple • Smooth • Slightly Sweet
Ingredients

1 tsp Matcha Creamy Vanilla (SKU 9200)

6–8 oz milk (dairy or almond milk)

1–2 tsp Honey Crystals Sweetener (SKU J100) (to taste)

2 tbsp hot water (not boiling)
Step 1 – Heat the Milk
Warm milk to 150–160°F (65–70°C).
If you don’t have a thermometer: heat until steaming but not boiling.
Step 2 – Whisk the Matcha
Add 1 tsp matcha to a bowl.
Pour in 2 tbsp hot water (about 175°F / 80°C — below boiling).
Using your bamboo whisk, whisk in a quick “W” motion for 15–20 seconds until smooth and lightly frothy.
Step 3 – Sweeten
Add Honey Crystals Sweetener (SKU J100) to your warm milk and stir to dissolve.
Step 4 – Combine
Pour the sweetened milk into the whisked matcha.
Stir gently.
Optional
Froth the milk slightly before pouring for a café-style finish.
