1 tbsp. Rooibos Chai Latte mix
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg white or 2 tbsp. liquid egg white 3 cups your choice mixed nuts
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp. water
Melt butter in a small saucepan.

Add honey, brown sugar & salt.

Stir in Chai latte mix.
Beat egg white with water in a large bowl until frothy.
Stir in nuts. Add spice mixture to nuts; stir to coat.

Spread nut mixture on parchment paper lined pan.
Bake at 300° stirring occasionally until dry – about 30 min.
