To Brew TEA:
Put 1/4 cup of TEA in a heat proof container and add 2 cups of boiling water. Let steep for 10-20 min. Strain out TEA and stir in natural sugar to dissolve. Let TEA cool to room temp. This double strength TEA will enhance flavour.
Combine TEA and the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until firm.
To prevent separation of the TEA and yogurt, turn popsicle molds upside down a few times while freezing to mix ingredients or pour mixture into a bowl stirring a few times until partially set then pour into molds and freeze until firm.
