Lemonade is a very popular summertime drink which tastes delicious with tea.

3 cups water
6 tsp. Super Pekoe Black Tea or 6 pyramid tea bags
1 can (295mls) frozen lemonade concentrate
2 cups cold water
2 cups ice cubes

In a small saucepan bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in tea. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain tea into a heatproof pitcher, add the lemonade concentrate, cold water, and the ice cubes. Stir to blend. Serve over glasses filled with ice.
