Green Tea Egg Wrap

Start your morning off right with lots of protein and antioxidants.  Grinding the tea allows you to use it like a spice on your eggs.

1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. ground Fog Green or Japanese Sencha Green TEA
2 eggs
1/4 cup black beans
2 tbsp. salsa
1 large tortilla wrap or 2 smaller wraps
Shredded cheese and avocado for topping

Warm milk in the microwave for 30 sec. Add the ground TEA and steep for 2 minutes. Do not strain.
While the TEA is steeping whisk 2 eggs in a medium size bowl. Add black beans, salsa and milk mixture once steeping is complete. Melt a small amount of margarine or butter in a skillet. Pour in egg mixture and cook until done and most of the moisture is gone. Place on a tortilla wrap and add toppings.
