Use either fresh or frozen fruit. You can substitute peaches instead of mangos if desired. Adding some Greek Yogurt will add creaminess. If adding yogurt it is best to turn your molds upside down a few times while freezing to help to mix the ingredients while freezing.
2 Tbsp. Mango Moments Fruit tea steeped in 1 1/2 cups boiling water until cool.
Strain and measure 1 cup.
1 Tbsp. honey, maple syrup or agave syrup
1/4 Greek Yogurt if wanting a creamier treat or omit if avoiding dairy
2/3 cup frozen fruit—mangos or peaches
Once tea has cooled combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Fill your popsicle molds just below the top. Add your sticks and freeze for at least 5-6 hours.
