Chocolate Chia Pudding

A dairy free chocolate pudding to help satisfy your chocolate cravings without all the artificial ingredients in the boxed pudding. Using cacao powder instead of cocoa powder and some dates and banana as a sweetener makes this a better dessert choice.

Using tea in your salad dressing adds flavour and cuts down on some of the calories. The added berries make it a nice thick dressing. Add a little more olive oil if you like it thinner.

Frosty Chai Shake

This shake can be made with either Rooibos Chai Latte Mix for a no caffeine version or Matcha Chai Latte Mix for a kick of caffeine and the goodness that Matcha has to offer. Add some vanilla ice cream for extra creaminess if dairy isn't an issue.

A healthy dessert! Rhubarb is packed with minerals & minerals and is a source of fibre. Using tea as the base to cook the rhubarb in adds extra flavour.

Banana Oat Pancakes or Waffles

These super easy to make pancakes or waffles are a great addition to a healthy breakfast or all on their own. Just throw all the ingredients into a blender and go from there. You just have to make the tea a little ahead of time to allow it to cool before using.
