Try eggnog with a twist!
Matcha-nog blends the steady favourite of eggnog with the healthy tang of matcha powder. Add one teaspoon of matcha per one cup of eggnog, mix in the blender until frothy, and serve with a sprinkle of nutmeg!
A tasty Matcha smoothie will add a kick start to your day. You can use any Matcha but we suggest one of our Culinary Matchas or our Matcha Chai Latte Mix. If you find it too thick just add a little more milk.
To make a 16 oz. serving:
Fill a 16 oz. glass with ice and then fill with your favorite non dairy milk. Pour all into a blender.
Add 1 tsp. of (you can add more Matcha depending on your preferred taste for Matcha).
Add sweetener, fruit or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Blend until smooth.
Matcha Curry Dip 1/2 avocado 1/2 cup plain Greek or other yogurt 1 tsp. Matcha TEA powder 1 tsp. lime juice 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1/2 tsp. cumin Mash avocado with a fork. Add rest of ingredients.
