Matcha Poppy Seed Salad Dressing Recipe

Matcha Poppy Seed Dressing: 3 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. olive oil or avocado oil 1 1/2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. Matcha TEA powder 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar 1 tbsp. water 2 tbsp. poppy seeds Combine all the ingredients and mix until smooth. Add more water for a thinner consistency. Makes approximately 1 cup. Keep refrigerated.

Take some store bought hummus and add a few ingredients to give it a new taste. Change up the spices if you want a different taste.

Iced Matcha Latte

To make a 16 oz. serving: Fill a 16 oz. glass with ice and then fill with your favorite non dairy milk. Pour all into a blender. Add 1 tsp. of (you can add more Matcha depending on your preferred taste for Matcha). Add sweetener, fruit or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Blend until smooth.
