Red Fruit Tea strawberry smoothie recipe by Distinctly Tea 2

1 cup boiling water
3 tsp. Strawberry Kiwi Fruit or any other favourite 

Red Berry Fruit Tea
2 tbsp. sweetener
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup strawberry yogurt (can use frozen yogurt)

1/2 cup ice cubes ( about 3-4 ) 

Pour boiling water over fruit tea in a cup. Stir in the sugar and brew until chilled. Strain tea and pour into a blender and add frozen strawberries and yogurt. Add 1 ice cube at a time and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
