Spearmint TEA Mojito recipe from distinctly tea

6 tsp. Spearmint TEA
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1/2 cup rum
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup natural sugar or 1 tbsp. Stevia leaf

Combine TEA & Stevia (if using) in an infuser and pour boiling water over leaves. Steep for 10 minutes. Strain TEA and pour into a 4 cup pitcher filled with ice. Stir in rum and lime juice. Garnish glass with lime wedge.

If using sugar, remove infuser and stir sugar into hot TEA to dissolve before pouring over ice.

Serves 2-3.
