Chai Power Smoothie

chai power smoothie recipe from distinctly tea

1-2 tsp Latte powder of your choice
1 cup almond, soy, rice or regular milk
1/2 cup yogurt plain or Greek
1 small banana
1/2 cup berries
1 tsp ground flax seed

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Use frozen berries and banana to make a refreshing cold drink.

Using Greek yogurt adds protein and makes your smoothie nice & thick.

The basic spices found in our chai blend may help stimulate, balance and support digestion.
